Flat in TLV is part of a couple of penthouses designed for the same client. On one hand the openness of the common spaces and the other hand the privacy of the bedrooms were very important to the client. Another important issue for the client was storage space. Both penthouses, designed for the client, use intelligent ways of storage behind screens and walls. Flat in TLV is open to the view. The introduction of many wide opening, acting as picture windows, allows the client to always be part of the city skyline giving him the impression of “flying” above the city.
