Leonardo DaVinci

Leonardo Da Vinci is a 68-unit mixed-use development in the high-end residential area of Tel Aviv, Quarter IV. It comprises two residential blocks formed around two central upper courtyards with ground floor gym, retail, and office spaces. With its prime location, this scheme plays an important role in linking the Museum Area to the residential area of the city. The building responds to the local and surrounding buildings and the adjacent park. By splinting the mass in two smaller masses, we have succeeded to recreate the original proportion of neighboring building.

The project is one of many large mixed-use developments being planned now in the quarter.
