Atelier d'Architecture Laurent Katz

Located in the Ajami neighborhood of Jaffa, the project occupies a corner site that looks out to the main water tower.

The site is very small and backing up against a tall blank wall. We were able to produce a well scaled apartments block that offers a variety of four units including two duplex penthouses. The building was designed with standard Jaffa architectural details, precast concrete Arabic details and timber windows.
Windows in the top floor apartment provide a panoramic view to the Mediterranean Sea.
