Jabotinsky 115
Jabotinsky 115 is a 28 units building part of a regeneration scheme within the City of Tel Aviv Quarters Masterplan. AALK was invited by the Housing Association to rethink the relationship between the outside of the building and how it relates to its surrounding. The process includes the reinforcement of the building and the addition of balconies all around. An additional 3 units will be built (1 penthouse and 2 garden flats). The new flats will partly finance the regeneration project.
